Our State of the Art Facilities
WAREHOUSE
We ensure that sufficient warehouse spacing is given for smooth operations. Every space within the warehouse is earmarked for different tasks such as Loading / Unloading areas: These areas are used for temporary storage of packages being loaded and unloaded from / to the warehouse. Storage racks have been installed in close proximity of delivery vehicle which ensures greater load handling speed.
STORAGE AREA
The location on any part in the warehouse can be easily identified as all the bin and rack numbers are correctly labelled, displayed, and recorded in our in-house ERP software. This has proven to decrease the amount of time it takes to identify the location of a part. The store operator would enter the part number on the system to identify its location and follow the correct signs.
WORKSTATIONS
Each office associate whose tasks ranges from sales, purchase, and accounts have been assigned separate workstations which have systems installed.
DISPATCH AREA
These areas are used for packing orders picked up from the storage area. The sticker machine and seal machine are installed in this area which reduces the time required to pack orders.
PANTRY AREA
The pantry area is equipped with tea / coffee machines, microwaves and sitting space for employees.
SERVICE AREA
A small part of the warehouse is assigned to support activities at the facility, such as changing rooms, and washrooms.
ERP SOFTWARE
We have an in-house ERP software which helps us integrate all of the processes needed to run our daily operations smoothly. It records our purchases, sales, and accounts which helps us manage our inventory. A dedicated IT team manages and updates the ERP software as and when required. We are constantly adding new reports and features to help our sales and purchase teams make data driven decisions.
The policy of each company we work with, is for us to record our sales and purchases on their inventory management software. We have designed our operations in a way to ensure that the data is recorded in both our softwares and there is no loss of information.
High-end servers are installed in each branch to provide high speed internet which ensures reliability, and network security. It also provides our business with a seamless remote accessibility which helps employees work from home in challenging times such as Covid-19.
FIELD EX APP
All our executives use an app which helps them record orders and payments while they are out on the field. For each day, the executive can view the customers to be visited which helps them plan their day more efficiently.
The executives have access to our products and price list, and any special schemes and discounts running on our products.
This ensures visibility during work hours which improves team efficiency and reduces daily operational costs on admin and paper processes.
